As we gear up for the 2023 World Series Showdown global live event in Amsterdam this August 11 and 12, we’ve got two thrilling campaigns for our dedicated players. Whether you’re a veteran racer or a new player, there’s something for everyone to enjoy – and an opportunity to win big!
World Series Showdown 'Predict the Winners' Campaign
This campaign offers a fun and rewarding way to engage with the World Series Showdown. Players can earn an impressive 1,000,000 in-game credits by correctly predicting the victorious ‘Manufacturers Cup’ and ‘Nations Cup’ teams. And if you’re on a roll and guess both winners correctly, you’ll earn a whopping 2,000,000 Credits!
Entering the campaign is simple. Just click on the ‘Predict the Winners Campaign’ banner located in the top right corner of the Gran Turismo 7 world map screen and pick the teams you think will take home the glory. You can submit your entries right up until the beginning of the Grand Final race broadcast, allowing you to factor in the results of the qualifying sessions.
Rewards will be delivered on Monday, August 14 at 11:00 UTC, 4:00 PDT, and 20:00 JST.
World Series Showdown 'Viewers Campaign'
Our ‘Viewers Campaign’ provides another exciting way to immerse yourself in the action. By simply clicking on the corresponding campaign banner and viewing the Manufacturers Cup and Nations Cup broadcasts, players can unlock in-game items and gain early access to a new vehicle coming to Gran Turismo 7 – the Toyota Ambulance Himedic ’21!
Here’s the breakdown of rewards:
- Manufacturers Cup: Score a 6-Star Roulette Ticket (Engine)
- Nations Cup: Get early access to the Toyota Ambulance Himedic ’21
To join, click on the ‘Viewers Campaign’ banner in the top right corner of the world map in-game and select the broadcast link for the Manufacturers Cup or Nations Cup. You can start watching from the tournament’s broadcast start time until August 20.
Please note: This campaign will be open on two different occasions, with varying reward delivery times.
First Session: Entries close on Sunday, August 13 at 23:59 UTC, 16:59 PDT, and Monday, August 14 at 8:59 JST, with gift deliveries scheduled for Monday, August 14 at 6:00 UTC, Sunday, August 13 at 23:00 PDT, and Monday, August 14 at 15:00 JST.
Second Session: Entries close on Sunday, August 20 at 23:59 UTC, 16:59 PDT, and Monday, August 21 at 8:59 JST, with gift deliveries scheduled for Monday, August 21 at 6:00 UTC, Sunday, August 20 at 23:00 PDT, and Monday, August 21 at 15:00 JST.
