Horizon Festival in Mexico will put on its own light show from March 30 until April 27 to coincide with the arrival of the first drivers to its challenging terrain in Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure beginning on March 29. The festival will take advantage of the prolonged night hours that will occur from March 30 until April 27. It will feature neon decorations, drones, and other things.
This iteration of Forza Horizon 5 will see the addition of four brand-new cars. Just accumulating 20 PTS during each separate season will be all that is required to unlock each one.
- 2021 Rimac Nevera (20 PTS in Week 1 – Summer)
- Blackwing Edition 2022 Cadillac CT5-V (20 PTS in Week 2 – Autumn)
- 2021 Lexus LC 500 (20 PTS in Week 3 – Winter)
Blackwing Edition 2022 - Cadillac CT4-V (20 PTS in Week 4 – Spring)
2021 Rimac Nevera
With its introduction in Forza Horizon 4 in 2019, the astounding 1,914-horsepower hypercar known as the Rimac Concept Two has been put to the test by the Forza community, which has resulted in the establishment of new benchmarks for speed. Now it’s time to go behind the wheel of the production model and find out how the driving experience is elevated to the next level. The Rimac Nevera, which has a name that is derived from the Croatian word for the unexpected short-burst lightning storms that occur along the Adriatic Coast in the summer, broke the record for the fastest electric production car in the world in November 2022 when it reached a top speed of 258 mph (412 kph).
Blackwing Edition 2022 Cadillac CT5-V
The Cadillac CT5-V is a V8-powered sports sedan that is the bigger, more extreme, and even faster sister of the Blackwing pair. This sports sedan is the stuff that dreams are made of when it comes to automobiles. Its high-performance stats, which include 668 horsepower and 659 pound-feet of torque, are nothing short of amazing. It indicates that it is quick, in fact extremely quick. The peak speed of the CT5-V is over 200 miles per hour, and according to tests done by Car and Driver, it takes just 3.6 seconds for it to get from 0 to 60 miles per hour, while it takes 7.7 seconds to reach 100 miles per hour. That’s an almost two-second improvement over the CT4-V’s time! It also has the same racing-inspired trimming as its more compact predecessor, which helps create great downforce and ensures a smooth and agile driving experience. To put it more simply, there is no way to get this one off the tarmac, at least not until it tackles the hillier terrain that Forza Horizon 5’s landscapes provide, of course.
2021 LEXUS LC 500
Since 2017, Lexus has been manufacturing the LC, and since then, the vehicle has seen gradual improvement with each new generation. To make the vehicle feel more connected to the road and provide a more robust and stable driving experience, the weight of the 2021 model has been reduced, and the suspension system has been improved. Despite these changes, the vehicle maintains the luxurious appearance and sensation for which Lexus is known. In point of fact, “LC” is an abbreviation for “Luxury Coupe,” and the line itself succeeded the SC, which served as Lexus’ flagship luxury automobile from 1991 until 2010. Cornering assist with brake control is another feature that’s all new for 2021, and it allows drivers to confidently take use of the vehicle’s 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 engine. The fact that the Lexus LC can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in only 4.4 seconds while having a maximum output of 471 horsepower and 398 pound-feet of torque is a living tribute to the brand’s commitment to the pursuit of driving grace.
Cadillac CT4-V
The much-anticipated replacement for the cherished Cadillac ATS-V has finally arrived. The Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing is the next must-have addition to your Forza Horizon 5 garage. This vehicle offers both all-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive platforms, and it is powered by a 3.6-liter dual turbocharged V6 engine. Or maybe the more fearsome CT5-V Blackwing, which is also making its way into the game, should be given credit for holding that record. These are great options for cruising and racing on the asphalt roads in Mexico, and because they both include a launch control system and a low-level spoiler, you can also use them for drag racing. According to the tests done by Car and Driver, the CT4-V has a power output of 472 horsepower and 445 lb-ft of torque. This translates to a time of 4 seconds when going from 0 to 60 miles per hour, and 9.4 seconds while going from 0 to 100 miles per hour. Cadillac projects a maximum speed of 189 miles per hour. As compared to the CT5-V, it is a mean machine that comes in a more compact size, which makes it appropriate for almost any application.
