MOZA has announced a number of new sim racing peripherals, as well as updates to some of its existing models, today (6th December 2022).
Since its founding, the China-based company has made a significant impact on the market by introducing high-quality and affordable products such as the R5 Simulator Bundle and RS V2 sim racing wheel.
The following are all of the new products and updates.
GS V2 RACING WHEELS AND MOZA CS V2 RACING WHEELS

MOZA has just released updated versions of both its CS V2 and GS V2 GT Steering Wheels. These updates make the wheels compatible with the Fanatec CSL DD-competing R5 wheelbase for the first time.
Impressively, MOZA listened to customers’ complaints about the lack of R5 support for its CS and GS wheelrims back in October, which ultimately led to the developments that have taken place today.
MOD for ES FORMULA WHEEL

The ES Formula Wheel mod is an ingenious backplate made of 4mm aluminum that was developed for use with the company’s ES Steering Wheel, which is typically circular in shape.
With this modification, MOZA’s entry-level wheelrim, the ES Steering Wheel, may be converted into a de facto 280mm wide, rubber-gripped formula rim. This is the case despite the fact that the ES Steering Wheel is the most basic wheelrim in the MOZA range.
MOZA UNIVERSAL HUB

The MOZA FSR Formula Wheel and SR-P Lite Pedals can be connected to a PC using the company’s Universal Hub. Compatibility with further MOZA products is planned for the future.
The primary selling point, on the other hand, is that this will make it possible for MOZA products to be utilized outside of the ecosystem that the brand has created, thereby boosting their interoperability with the products of other companies.
FSR WHEELBASE ADAPTER

The Wheelbase Adapter is a revolutionary product for MOZA because it enables the company’s patented quick-release (QR) system on its FSR wheelrim to connect to wheelbases manufactured by other companies.
Because the adapter has hole patterns of 50mm and 70mm, it is compatible with any third-party wheelbases that have those dimensions.
Note that in order for the MOZA FSR formula wheel to function with wheelbases that are not part of the MOZA ecosystem, you will need both the universal hub and the wheelbase adaptor.
R5 ADAPTER PLATE

The R5 Adapter Plate is not any less useful despite the fact that it is not necessarily the most interesting of MOZA’s new offerings. The mounting holes on the Adapter Plate measure 40mm and 66mm and were designed to accommodate a wider variety of MOZA R5 wheelbase attachment options.
The R5 Adapter Plate is a mounting point that is made of steel and has a thickness of 5 millimeters. It may be used on any simulator setup.
R5 BASE & ES WHEEL

In a final piece of good news, MOZA has announced that its R5 wheelbase and ES Steering Wheel will be available to purchase separately for the first time.
All products are available to purchase from MOZA directly now, with the ES Formula Wheel Mod available for pre-order.
