You directly provide Celeritas Digital with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you submit online or place an order for any of our products or services; voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email; use or view our website via your browser’s cookies. Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from our YouTube channel Celeritas Digital.

How will we use your data?

Our Company collects your data so we can process your order and manage your account; email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like; and for the analytics. When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

Our Company securely stores your data on Google Drive and Google Gmail and in other digital forms, taking all the necessary precautions. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. Our company will keep your personal identification information for one year or longer if this is required by the law. Once this period is expired, we will delete all your data in digital form and in other forms, in a way so we or any third parties cannot use your data anymore.
