Check out the Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races for the week starting of April 28, 2025, and welcome back to another exciting week of Daily Races in Gran Turismo 7, let’s dive right into what’s coming up.
Daily Race A
• Track: Watkins Glen International Short Course
• Car: Hyundai IONIQ 5 N '24
• Laps: 6
Starting off with Daily Race A, we’re heading over to the Watkins Glen Short Course. This is a 6-lap sprint featuring 12 cars on the grid, so expect close battles right from the start. You’ll be behind the wheel of the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, a surprisingly nimble and capable car, especially when fitted with sport soft tires, which provide a nice balance between grip and durability. Good news: fuel consumption and tire wear are both set to times 1, so you don’t have to stress about pit strategy. Since the race is relatively short, your qualifying performance becomes absolutely critical. Make sure to hook up a clean, fast lap in quali, it could make all the difference between fighting for the podium or getting stuck mid-pack.
Daily Race B
• Track: Dragon Trail Seaside
• Car: GR.4
• Laps: 5
Moving on to Daily Race B, we're back at one of the most iconic tracks in the game, Dragon Trail Seaside. This time, it's a 5-lap race with Group 4 cars, and a full field of 16 drivers. This combination has always been a community favorite, and it’s easy to see why, the flowing corners, tight chicanes, and beautiful coastal backdrop make for some intense racing. Currently, the Nissan GT-R is the most popular choice among drivers, it offers a great mix of speed, stability, and power. However, don’t feel like you have to follow the crowd! Cars like the Lamborghini Huracán or the Honda NSX are looking like really strong alternatives this week. If you want to stand out or play to your driving strengths, definitely consider giving them a try.
Daily Race C
• Track: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps
• Car: GR.3
• Laps: 10
And finally, Daily Race C, this one promises to be the real highlight of the week. We’re heading to the world-famous Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps for a longer, more strategic race. It’s a 10-lap event with Group 3 cars, and there are a few important factors you’ll want to keep in mind. First off, fuel consumption is at times 2, and tire wear is up to times 5, meaning that managing your tires is going to be absolutely crucial if you want to stay competitive all race long. There’s also a mandatory pit stop, and you’ll be required to use both racing hard and racing soft tires at some point during the race. This opens up a lot of room for different strategies, will you start on softs and sprint away early? Or maybe start on hards and make a late charge when the others struggle for grip? Either way, plan ahead carefully.
Another thing to note: the slipstream is set to custom, so even if you’re a little bit slower than the car in front, you can stay close and possibly set up some great overtaking opportunities. It’s going to be a race of brains and speed.
That's it for this week’s lineup! Get out there, set those lap times, and most importantly, have fun!
